Wonderful management and staff. superfiendly, very helpful and kind. Amazing location and such a good deal. We had an amazing week.

The room was quite nice, comfortable bed, good shower.

It was quite noisy. There's a sports field right behind so a lot of yelling in the evening and also traffic noise from the streets. Earplugs came in handy.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The bedroom and bathroom are spacious. There is a mini fridge and blow dryer in the room. They provided a bag of snacks and bottles of water every time they cleaned the room. The location is great. It's located close to many cafes, a 7-eleven, and laundromat.

The water pressure in the shower was weak. The bed was a bit firm for my liking. The hotel is located on a busy street and there is construction behind the hotel so there is constant noise, but the hotel provides ear plugs to help.

Very nice area walking distance to many amenities. The staff were very helpful about providing information about the area. Hotel was clean and comfortable

The staff was wonderful and the place was very clean. They left us welcome snacks and when we had the room cleaned, these were replaced. It was so warm and welcoming and a great location in old town

I had a lovely stay at Le Canal Boutique House. Although I only stayed for 4 full nights, I booked for 6 due to my flight schedule, and everything about the experience was smooth and comfortable.I stayed as a solo traveler, but the room was spacious enough for two guests. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was also generously sized. Housekeeping was flexible and attentive—they cleaned the room as often as requested and consistently refilled water and snacks, which I really appreciated.The staff were friendly, respectful, and always pleasant to interact with. I also enjoyed the common area—it’s a great space to relax or get some work done on a laptop.Since the property is located in the Old City, you can hear some street noise. I was aware of this before booking and didn’t mind at all. Earplugs are provided, but I personally slept just fine without using them.

Located within walking distance to many things. On the main road but I got good sleep. The honeymoon sweet was large and lovely but there is a manhole cover in the road, when a driver runs over it,It creates a knocking sound heard in the bedroom. After 2 weeks, I moved to a smaller room toward the back of hotel and it was quieter. The staff were incredibly kind, accommodating and thoughtful. 10/10

The staff was very kind and helpful. They helped me with my bag and helped me find a couple other places I was trying to find.

No fault of the hotel of course, but this area is VERY loud all night. They left ear plugs in the room but it wasn’t enough.

Staff were fantastic, always smiling, friendly, and helpful. Room was on the smaller size, but sufficient. Daily cleaning was thorough. Nice to have coffee and treats replenished each day.

The bathroom could use an extra towel rack, especially for the hand towels.

The rooms are very dark, even at day, and can get very loud at night. The property is near a main noisy busy road.

I like the warm greetings of the staff especially to the old man guarding the hotel during at night, he make sure to give customer satisfaction and give his quick assistance. The location is good too and room is clean!

The staff was very friendly, helping me carry my luggage even before I walked into the property. When I told the staff about the faucet issue, they fixed it right away! The room and the facilities inside were fabulous. A private bathroom, a work desk, electric water pot, hair dryer, TV, and a fridge ... It was really beyond my expectations! The daily room cleaning was great as well.

Lovely hotel in the old town of Chiang Mai with very friendly employees. 7-eleven, temples, restaurants, laundromat, coffee shops, night market etc are in the same neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. This hotel is the definition of value for money.

Water pressure of the shower could have been better.

They were so nice and accommodating when I made a last-minute reservation. The room was so clean, and they clearly cared about the comfort of their guests. I would stay here again.

Everything at Le Canal Boutique House was great! The bedroom & bathroom were very clean, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful in scheduling activities, and the location is central. Would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were comfortable, they went above and beyond with snacks in the room, and even for my friend‘s birthday, the owner bought her traditional Thai treats. The location is perfect, and they were very helpful with suggestions. I was sad to leave Om when we left! She had been so warm and accommodating. When we arrived early, we got to hang out in the living room area and they made our rooms up quickly.

Cute place, excellent value, friendly staff, very clean. Easy to find and orient yourself from its location next to the canal in old Chiang Mai. I arrived from the airport an hour before check-in and hoped to store my bag while I found somewhere to beat the midday heat until my room was ready; the staff pointed me to their air-conditioned common room on the second floor and it was a perfect place to wait and figure out evening plans.It was HOT hot during my stay in mid-April and the room air conditioning worked well and kept me alive :)

The only thing I can think of is that there was no hand soap in my room's bathroom. Idk why I did not bring this up to the staff at the time as I'm sure they would have given me some! I used it as an excuse to buy some nice soap from a nearby place so it all worked out.
